PA PUC Meetings

The PA Public Utility Commission (PUC) served two Secretarial Letters announcing meetings related to Act 129.  The first will be a Technical Working Group meeting to discuss the Commission’s proposed changes for the 2013 TRM Update.  The second will be a meeting to discuss the SWE’s proposed methodology for its Demand Response Study.  Both meetings will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2012, in Hearing Room 1 of the Keystone Building in Harrisburg.  These are in-person meetings only; no conference call line will be provided.  Information, along with links to the Secretarial Letters, is provided below.  The Commission will also be posting these to theAct 129page of the Commission’s website.
