PA DEP opens 2011 Advantage Grant Program
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has opened their 2011 Advantage Grant Program to applications. Each grant will provide a 50 percent reimbursement, up to $7,500, to cover the costs of the upgrade.
