The Alternate Energy Investment Act 2008

The Alternate Energy Investment Act which passed in July of 2008 will provide $92.5 million for energy efficiency improvements for homeowners and small businesses statewide and more than $200 million for solar photovoltaic systems.  The law also provides funding for renewable energy projects.  A concise summary of the law is provided here, prepared by Roger E.
